Although the official warranty period for mattress products in Turkey is 2 years, the warranty period for Moln mattress products is 5 years.
I tried the Moln mattress and I want to return it, what should I do?
First of all, we want you to know that; You do not have to provide any reason for the Moln products you have purchased and wish to return.
As Moln, we take our products back without question, regardless of your reason for return. After you notify us of your return request, your products will be taken back by the contracted cargo company. You are not charged any fees for returning returned products.
After your mattress is returned to us, your payment will be refunded to you via the payment you made within 7 days. If you have purchased your Moln product with a credit card, it normally takes 5 days to reflect the return process, but this process may take longer depending on your bank's procedures.
